Omission IPA is a bright, hop forward Northwest Style IPA produced in the spirit of the original IPAs shipped from the UK to India in the late 1800’s. The heavy-handed use of Cascade and Summit hops give it notable pine, citrus, and grapefruit aromas and flavors. The bitterness is what you would expect of a NW IPA but this beer is balanced and smooth due to the perfect level of malt sweetness. The finish is crisp, clean, and refreshing – it’s a true IPA lover’s IPA.”

Tweason’ale (Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales) Between the seasons, we have a special release – a gluten-free beer.  But not just any gluten-free beer — a gluten-free beer with gusto!

“It seems as if lots of folks who have gluten-tolerance issues are pining for an interesting beer,” says Dogfish founder and president Sam Calagione.  “While there are a few well-made examples that mirror traditional beer styles, there aren’t any off-centered offereings.” Enter Tweason’ale – for our first new 12-ounce 4-packs in nearly half a decade, we replaced the classic barley foundation of beer with a mild sorghum base.  The hints of molasses and pit-fruit are balanced by vibrant strawberry notes and a unique complexity that comes with the addition of a malty buckwheat honey.  See the story here.

New Grist (Lakefront Brewery) is a one-of-a kind beer brewed without wheat or barley: the first of its kind that can be enjoyed by those with Celiac Disease. It is the first beer to be certified gluten-free by the US Government. It pours a brilliant gold color, with a bubbly head and light, fruity aroma. The flavor is crisp and refreshing, fruity and smooth at the same time. Hints of green apple slice through the maltiness of the sorghum, making this an extremely quaffable beer.


New Planet – Off Grid Pale Ale

Off Grid Pale Ale is a wonderful interpretation of the classic pale ale style. It has a distinctly deep amber color and great character and body. Three varieties of hops provide a wonderful aroma and a citrus and spicy hop flavor. This smooth gluten-free ale is made from sorghum and brown rice extract, molasses, tapioca maltodextrin, caramel color, hops, and yeast.
